The Board of Directors are pleased to formally announce that Nicola Hindle has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the BUUK Infrastructure group of companies in April 2022. An experienced business leader, Nicola Hindle has succeeded our former CEO Clive Linsdell and assumes responsibility.

Clive Linsdell will continue to serve as Executive Chairman and advisor to the Executive Management Team.

Diligent, objective and innovative, Nicola has a passion for equality and fairness, along with responsibility and sustainability. Nicola’s focus is simultaneously the customers, the business, and the people within it.

Career history

Nicola joined BUUK as Chief Operating Officer in October 2020. A qualified accountant, Nicola previously worked for Amey for 15 years, rising through Finance Director to Managing Director of the Consulting and Rail Business. Nicola had ultimate responsibility for the growth and performance of these businesses and contributed to and delivered corporate strategies for the growth of Amey as a whole, as part of its Executive Leadership team.
